Jerk Shrimp & Cuban Black Beans

Nothing new here, just favorites in a new combination.

Follow the link for the Cuban Black Beans recipe. This time served over seasoned yellow rice.

I sauteed the shrimp in McCormick Perfect Pinch Jerk Seasoning.

Hi - I'm from upstate NY, but have a Brazilian girlfriend,(Don't ask) but all she eats (lunch and dinner, day after day) is black beans and rice).... it's OK, 300 days a year, but I need more - to think if we can throw in some shrimp ,I can do it !. Thanks so much for your idea - I need some shrimp and I can enjoy anything !
